Shipping policy

We currently only ship within New Zealand and to Australia and Canada. Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate. We cannot refund or reship orders sent to an incorrect address.

Shipping Processing time

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and will arrive in an additional 1-4 business days in New Zealand and 4-10 business days in Australia and Canada. Delays may occur during holidays, such as Christmas. 

Shipping update email confirmation

You will receive a notification email once the courier driver has collected your parcel. If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email by the third business day after placing your order, please contact shop@iro.co.nz.

Regarding shipping problems

If you encounter any issues with shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us at shop@iro.co.nz. We will do our best to resolve your issue as promptly as possible.

Please note that IRO and our courier companies cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen orders after they have been successfully delivered to your property using standard (non-signature) online tracking.  

Shipping in New Zealand:

Shipping is available for both the North and South Islands. All orders are shipped from Auckland using NZ Post, Aramex, Post Haste, or Castle Parcels, and each comes with an online tracking service. 

Once the courier picks up the parcel, delivery times are as follows:

• It takes one business day to deliver to North Island Urban.
• It takes two business days to deliver to the South Island Urban area. 
• Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for deliveries to rural areas.

Orders exceeding NZ$60 are automatically upgraded to signature-required delivery. Please note that a signature-required delivery service is unavailable for shipping to rural areas.

If you are concerned about leaving your package unattended after delivery to your property, we suggest upgrading to signature-required delivery. Orders over $60 will be automatically upgraded to signature-required delivery in New Zealand.
